the house hunt

so, after hitting some pretty extreme ups and downs over the past few weeks with looking for a house, we are going to be making an offer tomorrow morning. whoa. i can't believe it.

so, we'll see what happens. i don't want to get my hopes up. but mr. c & i decided that it would be ok to live there for at least 3 years (the length you need to stay in a house to keep all of the $8K tax credit).

it's 4 bdrm, 1.5 bath and a little over 1,300 sq ft. nice backyard, and decent landscaping. we wouldn't NEED to do anything right away, but we can see things that we'd WANT to do over the years. (extend the depth of the garage, remodel the kitchen)

i'll keep you posted. we're just SO exhausted by this process. i just want it to be over. (so we can start making babies!)

Babies don't mind apartments either. I just think about how little they are, so even a small apartment seems large to them! Plus, our apartment complex, for examples, has an indoor and outdoor pool, a playground, a sand volleyball court, walking trails, a lake, etc. which is all stuff that we wouldn't have in a house.

Hang in there! The right house will come, and so will those babies...all in good time.
