hazel's heart toy

last year my mom made a bunch of toys for the doggies. I've been spreading out giving them to the dogs. last weekend I gave them this heart toy that is a big pouch with a slit in it, with other little stuffed squeaky hearts inside. ginger played with it a little - but hazel had lots of fun. all of the hearts have the stuffing and squeakers removed.

the little guy has been asleep since the car ride home from daycare which was 3 hours ago.

I think he's in a growth spurt. he ate at least 6oz or more every 2 hours today and was kind of crabby towards the end of the day. I'm waiting for him to wake up to give him his dinner!

guess I'll eat my dinner and catch up on some dvr until the tummy monster wakes that little cutie up.

hello my old friend

dusted off the wii fit after a year and a half. it felt great! i broke my old super hula hoop 6 minute challenge record. did 16 minutes total of some balance, yoga, and activity.

i'm down 6 lbs from my last entry, which was in august of 2009 when we were still in the apartment. so prebaby. good to be lighter than then, but really want to keep going.

then set up wii fit plus, it has some great new features and actually has preset routines that work on different areas like fitness, lifestyle etc - can't wait to continue!

even though we had doggie shenanigans - tonight's dinner was one of best. first night of green beans and little guy seemed to enjoy them. there was no screaming with spoonfuls of plain rice cereal and he wasn't devouring his fingers every other second. I can only hope for more meals like that, but I know there's a slim chance of that.
