dusted off the wii fit after a year and a half. it felt great! i broke my old super hula hoop 6 minute challenge record. did 16 minutes total of some balance, yoga, and activity.
i'm down 6 lbs from my last entry, which was in august of 2009 when we were still in the apartment. so prebaby. good to be lighter than then, but really want to keep going.
then set up wii fit plus, it has some great new features and actually has preset routines that work on different areas like fitness, lifestyle etc - can't wait to continue!
