there isn't much landscaping to speak of at our house yet, but these lilies existed from the previous owners and just started blooming the last few weeks:

3rd trimester

ok - i downloaded a blogging app on my phone, so i will actually be on here more!

so. tuesday was the first day of the 3rd trimester. i got sick a couple of times at work and felt pretty yucky most of the day. to top that all off i had a pretty weird dream.

i was at a routine dr's check-up, and the nurse and dr came in with a big tray. the dr told me they had some demerol, an epidural needle and some other stuff so could see what it would be like for the real thing. so she told me to go on my tummy, then without any warning she shoved the needle in my back. i yelled "that's enough!" and i woke up with tears streaming down my face. can't wait to have more of that kind of dream...

long overdue...

Hi all.

so, i've got 98 days left. in honor of that, i'm listening to 98 degrees! baby is SUPER active, and i get to see more pictures of the little peanut on friday for another ultrasound. i'm excited to see how much the bot has grown since my last u/s 4 weeks ago.

we've had a busy summer already, and it's only going to get more busy as we're trying to get the house ready - i think i'm definitely starting to feel the nesting urges.

mr. c just got promoted to a foreman at his new landscaping job - YAY! i'm very proud of him.

we've been to a few weddings already, and still have more in june, july (mr. c is a groomsman) and august. on top of these weddings, there are numerous pregnant people - so i've been shopping a lot for showers and such.

just had a fabulous weekend - stayed at mr. b & ms. z's new house in washington, il, then had ms. z's shower on saturday and got to hang out with old friends. saturday night i stayed with mr & mrs d. and little louis in champaign, il. sunday i was at mrs. b's baby shower - she's 4 weeks ahead of me.

the puppies have been up to their antics as usual - expect an update of videos and pictures.
